Goldex Casino Legal Notice

Operator Details

Goldexplay.com is operated by Stable Tech N.V., registered at Scharlooweg 39, Willemstad, Curacao. Stable Tech N.V. is incorporated and registered under the laws of Curacao, and correspondence relating to the operator’s legal status should be directed to [email protected].

The Goldex name, logo and site design are the property of Stable Tech N.V. Game titles, characters and trademarks displayed in the catalogue, including titles supplied by Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NoLimit City, Play’n GO, NetEnt, Microgaming and the other studios represented on the platform, remain the property of their respective providers and are used under licensing arrangements with those studios.

Dispute Resolution

A player with an unresolved complaint should first submit it in writing to [email protected], describing the issue and including any relevant account or transaction details. If the complaint cannot be resolved through support, it may be escalated to the Curacao Gaming Control Board, the authority responsible for licence 8048/JAZ, which can review disputes between licensed operators and players.

Licence and Regulator

Goldex operates under licence number 8048/JAZ, issued by the Curacao Gaming Control Board to Stable Tech N.V. This authority is responsible for supervising the operator’s compliance with the terms of that licence. The licence permits Stable Tech N.V. to offer online casino games internationally under Curacao’s regulatory framework; it does not extend authorisation from any Australian regulator, and Goldex does not hold, and does not claim to hold, a licence issued in Australia. Players access the platform from Australia on the basis of this offshore licence alone, and are responsible for satisfying themselves that doing so is consistent with their own circumstances.

Responsibility for Content

Stable Tech N.V. is responsible for the content published on goldexplay.com, including game descriptions, promotional material and the informational pages that make up the site. Content is reviewed and updated by the operator directly rather than through a third-party publisher.

External Sources

Where the site references information originating outside Goldex, such as descriptions of game mechanics or industry terminology, that information is provided for context only and is not independently verified by Stable Tech N.V. beyond what is confirmed through the operator’s own systems and its relationships with game and payment providers.
