Goldex Casino Terms and Conditions
Accepting These Terms
Completing registration at Goldex constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions in full. The agreement takes legal effect the moment your account is created, not at your first deposit, so browsing the site as a registered player already places you under these rules. If you do not agree with any provision below, do not complete registration or continue using an existing account.
Governing Law and Regulator Jurisdiction
Goldex is operated by Stable Tech N.V. under a licence issued by the Curacao Gaming Control Board, licence number 8048/JAZ. Disputes arising from these terms are governed by the laws under which that licence is issued, and the Curacao Gaming Control Board is the regulatory authority with jurisdiction over the operator’s conduct. This licence is an offshore framework; it does not constitute authorisation from any Australian regulator, and no Australian body oversees Goldex’s operation. Players who wish to pursue a complaint escalate first to Goldex support, and if unresolved, to the licensing authority.
Verification (KYC)
Identity verification is typically triggered before your first withdrawal is processed. You will be asked to submit a passport or Australian driver’s licence together with a selfie, a recent utility bill or bank statement as proof of address, and a copy of the payment card or account used for deposits. Submitted documents are reviewed by the compliance team, and account functions such as withdrawals may be restricted until the review is complete. Providing false or altered documents is grounds for account closure and forfeiture of funds.
Player Eligibility
You must be 18 years of age or older to register or hold a Goldex account; this age threshold applies uniformly and is not varied by state or territory. Only one account is permitted per person, household and IP address, and duplicate accounts are treated as a breach regardless of intent. Registration requires accurate personal details, and providing false information is grounds for suspension. Goldex does not hold an Australian gambling licence, and playing at an offshore-licensed site remains the player’s own decision; you are responsible for confirming that using an offshore-licensed casino is lawful in your own circumstances before you register.
Limitation of Liability
Goldex is not liable for losses arising from your own use of the platform, including losses from gameplay, connectivity issues on your device, or decisions made based on information found elsewhere online. Liability for any confirmed operator error is limited to correcting your account balance to the position it would have held had the error not occurred. Goldex is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers once a transaction has been submitted for processing on their systems.
Bonus Terms
Bonus funds carry a 40x wagering requirement calculated on the bonus amount, not the deposit. The maximum bet permitted while a bonus is active is $7.50 per spin or hand; exceeding it can void the bonus and any winnings derived from it. Each welcome stage expires seven days after it is credited, and incomplete wagering at expiry results in forfeiture of the remaining bonus funds. Live dealer games, including Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live titles, contribute only 5% towards clearing the wagering requirement, while pokies contribute 100%. 18+. Terms and conditions apply.
Deposits and Withdrawals
Deposits and withdrawals are processed through the methods and limits below, all denominated in Australian dollars.
| Method | Min. Deposit | Min. Withdrawal | Processing (Withdrawal) |

Prohibited Conduct and Technical Malfunctions
Multi-accounting, bonus abuse (including deposit cycling to repeatedly trigger promotions), collusion between players at table games, and the use of automated software or bots to place bets are all prohibited and grounds for account closure. Where a technical malfunction affects a game round, whether from a display error, a connectivity drop or a software fault, the result of the affected round is voided and any wager involved is returned to your balance; a malfunction voids the specific round only and does not affect completed rounds before or after it.
Changes to These Terms
Goldex may update these terms to reflect changes in payment methods, bonus structures or regulatory requirements. Material changes are communicated through the account dashboard or by email to the address on file, and continued use of your account after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
